Wilburton Primary School receives Pupil Premium funding to help disadvantaged pupils of all abilities perform better.
If you are eligible, it means your child will receive free school meals for the entirety of their time at primary school - even if your circumstances change. This could save you around £400 per year. But when you apply, the school also receives £1455 each year per child to spend on additional support. This funds teaching assistants to support children's progress in class and in interventions, staff training and specific resources. It also means we can support children where needed with extra-curricular activities and educational trips.
We are very careful how Pupil Premium money is spent, and school governors help us to monitor the impact of spending regularly. Annual reports can be found below.
